Welcome to my website!
I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Organizational Behavior at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business.
I am currently on the job market and expect to graduate in Spring 2025.
I investigate how people navigate the complexities of ethics and compliance in the workplace.
Specifically, my research delves into two central themes: (1) How ethical pursuits both influence and are influenced by workplace interpersonal relationships and (2) How complying with standards influences employees’ thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in potentially unanticipated ways. Through my work, I seek to help organizations build an ethical workplace where leaders and employees thrive with healthy relationships and optimal productivity.
Before academia, I spent seven years in a multinational corporation as a business leader. In this prior career, I worked and lived in a variety of cities, from the tourist-filled island of Cebu in the Philippines and the bustling trading port of Surabaya in Indonesia, to the vibrant metropolises of Tokyo, Beijing, and Hong Kong, my hometown. These diverse experiences have enriched my understanding of management and leadership, allowing me to integrate practical insights with academic rigor effectively.
